A: Yes, we have R&D team for customized. After received ideal/ drawing/samples from client, we will offer our professional opinion for development.We can build the mould for each client.

A: 1 Year warranty, we have good after-sale-service team, when there are any problems on the core part during use, we can provide replacement for you.

A: Since each product is different, please contact us to discuss the minimum order quantity required for customization.

1) Strict detection during production.

2) Strict sampling inspection on products before shipment and intact product packaging ensured.

A: For customized sample it will take 7-20 days to make. For mass production, we can negotiable.

A: If you have an experience in using this kind of machines, you can choose one according to the specification data of the machine that you have used. If no, you can choose a suitable one according to the water volume, the target temp and cooling time you expected, or please let us help, we have our professional engineering team who will be happy to give you a recommendation.

A: Don't worry, to offer you good experence, our engineers have taken this into consideration, you don't have to be an atechnical person to start using our ice bath machines, it is easy for you to install and operate, simply use your existing bath you like or any tubs/pools/tanks will work very well.
