If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you have 14 days to request a refund after receiving. If you are unsure you will keep your unit, we recommend keeping the original packaging & pallet as it will be costly to replace. The unit must be in original, working condition to receive a full refund, otherwise partial refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of ICEGALAX. Returns :
