If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you have 14 days to request a refund after receiving. Please note there will be a 10% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the costs of shipping your return. If you are unsure you will keep your unit, we recommend keeping the original packaging & pallet as it will be costly to replace. The unit must be in original, working condition to receive a full refund, otherwise partial refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of ICEGALAX. Returns :

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If your order status is shipped but you have not received it, you can cancel the order and only pay a 5% fee of the total order amount.
