Return & Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you have 7 days to request a refund after receiving. Please note there will be a 10% restocking fee and you will be responsible for the costs of shipping your return. If you are unsure you will keep your unit, we recommend keeping the original packaging & pallet as it will be costly to replace. The unit must be in original, working condition to receive a full refund, otherwise partial refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of ICEGALAX. If your order status is shipped but you have not received it, you can cancel the order and only pay a 5% fee of the total order amount. If you refund after receiving the goods, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
If your order has been generated but not shipped, you can cancel the order at no charge. Remember that each product is handmade and each product has its own unique characteristics. Our limited warranty further extends your coverage for standard defects that may occur while diving.
